about auto gps setting

hi i have a rooted sony ericsson live with walkman phone. because my phone is rooted the gps should be automatically enable in avast av but instead of enabling gps it pop up a window and ask to enable it. why is that?

on activating this feature you get message telling you "Warning: on some devices this causes UNWANTED DIALOGS popping up. Do you want to enable this option?"

well - it seems your device is one producing these unwanted dialogs.
