win32Kreper...HELP

i have been infected with the win32 kreper virus...i am running windows 98 and have avast home protector.  i can not use hijack this because i dont have win zip.  it first started in temp internet files but now seems to be everywhere.  i have no clue how to get rid of it and now idea about computers...PLEASE HELP ME!!!!  thanks JeSsIcA ???
