Messages sent though avast is unistalled

Hello,

I installed avast when I was in Germany. I recently came to India for my vacation and changed sim.  Everytime when I reboot my mobile, a sms is sent to friend's mobile that sim has been changed (thats obvious I know).  But, I uninstalled anti-theft and total avast itself, now when my battery is low still  sms´s are sent to those numbers, saying that my battery is low. How can this happen?? Each message to Germany costs more and this sucks my balance heavily. Please help me

Are you sure you've uninstalled avast! Mobile Security and the Anti-Theft.
Seems the Anti-Theft is still installed.
