Unable to install busyboxwhen avast is running

Hi,
I have a rooted GNex with JB 4.2 and the latest avast! app. Can someone explain me why do I have to kill all avast services before installing busybox in /system/xbin? If avast is running the installation process terminates prematurely. I use "BusyBox Installer" app (by Jrummy Apps Inc.) from Google Play.

Well, I did not have problems installing busybox while avast is already installed and running.
I also uses Jrummy's app.
Hope some of the developers could help you more.

do you have Anti-Theft installed or just Mobile Security?

It should be problem with virtual mounted devices - did you try to do smart install or hard install into xbin folder?
