All commands work except "lost". It times out. ( Galaxy S3, non-rooted)

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 running Ice Cream Sandwich. I have installed Anti-Theft (non-rooted). I have tested most of the remote control commands from the Avast website as well as from another mobile phone via SMS. The "LOST" command is the only one that does not work from either sender. On the website I get a command timeout. From another mobile phone I receive no response and no reaction on the targeted phone. The following commands work fine via either sending method: Locate, Lock, Unlock, Siren On, Siren Off, Launch, Message, Found.

This is an AMAZING app. I really what to feel confident about using it, but without the "LOST" command it seems very broken. Any suggestions?

Thank you for the quick reply. I have performed an over the air upgrade to JellyBean and the problem has gone away
