Hi, you have not yet told me what problems you are having ..  So I am working in the dark here

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

Run OTL
  • Under the Custom Scans/Fixes box at the bottom, paste in the following

Code: [Select]
:OTL
FF - prefs.js..keyword.URL: "http://search.mywebsearch.com/mywebsearch/GGmain.jhtml?st=kwd&ptb=9CC4CC65-0FC0-4047-A83C-92625D2F00D5&n=77ee3eaf&ind=2012102319&p2=^XQ^xdm016^LENAU^au&si=CKaFqe_9i7MCFcohpQodYU8A0Q&searchfor="

Download the attached fix.txt
Run OTL once more and press run fix
A dialogue will open asking for the location of Fix.txt
Locate and select the file you have just downloaded
Press run fix again
