I can only answer in English. This file belongs to the Emergency Update of avast and it is a legit one.
K9 is detecting it as a false positive. You can allow it.

thank you sir i will report it. I am just worried that the link is incorrectly used by certain parties to spread fake files whoever start this issue in www1.k9webprotection.com

@goldfish2 Seperti yang dibilang sama Tech, avast akan update karena kesalahan deteksi pada avast.
