Email header status messages, what are the possible values?

I'm trying to set up a mail filter in Postbox on a mac and the program doesn't have the ability to create a rule using a negative value, i.e. i can't match on a message NOT containing "X-Antivirus-Status: Clean."  What are the messages for infected, SPAM, etc so I can create the appropriate filters?  thanks

it's not specifically a mac question, as the email headers should be constant across their product line.
