Hallo Fast (Du machst Deinem Namen alle Ehre),

As I said in some other thread - error 00000005 means "access denied" - so, it's probably ProcessGuard preventing avast! from scanning its file (pghash.dat). Nothing to worry about, I'd say.

Check the file's ACL (access control list) - accessible via the "Security" of the file's properties in Explorer.
Does it have read access for the SYSTEM account?

right click the file > properties > security tab

Make sure it has the rights as Vlk said.

I guess Vlk means to determine IF the file has read-rights, not to change these rights, just to see what are the rights of the file, I think.

there are no rights I can see, because I´ve no rights!  ??? The only possibility is the ProzessGuard Pro, but I don´t  know which adjustment I have to choose.  ???

Just have avast ignore/exclude pghash.dat and pguard.dat (if you have this one) during the scans.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.4.6112 (build 24.4.9067.762) UI 1.0.803/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

Okay, but if I don´t do a scan...  The problem is not while I start the scan,it´s while I use my computer.

I´m going to check it right the way you told me. I´ll be back ;)
