name?
number?
example: D-link DIR 635
I really don't know. The information might on the bottom of my router but their is no way I can raise it up high enough to read what it says. On the top it show's WPS?
hi,
It appears you are running a wireless network of some sort. WPS is easily broken and, among other things, a pedophile can use that to access to your wi-fi network and download and distribute child pornography when using it. Expect a visit from your local police or the FBI if that should ever happen and a very rough time explaining it wasn't you that did this if this should ever happen.
The only truly secure wi-fi connections are always the highest level one;
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wi-Fi_Protected_Access WPA2 is the one you want, not WPA, WPA is easily broken and hacked easily. As it is not clear, (you have not said) just looking out for you and wish you the best here. Older routers do not come with WPA2 protection, just so you know.
If you can either look for the router name and number on Google, or post it here you can, or we can, look this up for you.
