URL:Mal warning?

Firstly, this is my first post so I may need some serious hand holding.

Basically, I keep getting a Malicious URL block message even though this is the only sight I'm on. I deleted the file tied tot he process and I still get the Warning. I ran MBAM and I got a clean scan. Help?

when done the removal specialists will be notified and analyze your logs...
it may take hours before one arrive so be patient
