Windows 8 bug(DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)

Since I have installed Windows 8 my computer crashes. It says DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL(aswnet.sys) and reboots. I read some articles in microsoft community and I found that avast has the problem. I use avast! free antivirus and I have up-to-date version. I like avast and I don't want to unistall it. If you know another way please help me. :(
