understanding my scan report after scan

after the scan was done there were no infected files, but there were some files that were unscanned what is this is it a prob etc.        merv

It is probably OK.
Some files were not scanned because they couldn't be accessed (swap file, NT registry, ...), some files were not scanned because they are too small to contain a virus... etc.
If you turn on the creation of a report file, you can see exactly what files are they.
