Inconsistance between portal and phone

Hello, my.avast.com indicates that the AT is not installed in my device. The communication with the account seems to be correct.
The AT in the phone shows everything green.
Is there a way to test (simulate) the installation WITHOUT boring the two friends with SMS about the test?

Thanks. The simulation of blocking worked and the SMS is sent/received.
But the portal cannot reach the phone yet...
