"                                                                    high   threat Bleah-D
 "                                                                   high    threat  Win32:Bolzano-W
   "                                                                 high   Threat  Win32: Gremo

your problem is that yoh have changed the default scan settings....and selected "scan memory"
this will give some veird scan results.....also it is a memory process, not a file so cant be deleted/moved to quarantine so buttons are gray and none working

mspeng.exe belongs to microsoft defender, so you are detecting MSdefender virus signatures loaded in memory

dont use the "scan memory" settings.....if you dont know the result, dont change default scan settings

this is the second most asked question in the forum.
detection in memory / memory scan.    searc the forum for more info

the most asked is files that can not be scanned

so the constant "pop up" that I keep getting on my email account....has nothing to do with these results?

Avast:  MAL

this is NOT from an email....but just clicking the inbox or delete box or junk box......
