When I want start Avast, I coudn't do it becouse appear icon: unknown error 42000 scanning finished with error. What should I do help me

Did you get the error when you wanted to start scanning ?
It could mean there wasn't lot of memory to initialize structures with virus signatures - is it possible ?
Computer restart didn't help ?
