Perhaps interesting as well:
I told Norton that 12080 is actually a http: port. (trying it because of the tutorial for ZA)
Now i DONT get avasts 404 but blank page in mozialla and normal 404 in Iexplore.
But still nothing works.

Because of no more answers for my problem i switsched to Sygate Personal Firewall Pro.
It works for me now but i think the problems with NIS should be solved if there are more people confirming this strange behaviour of the softwares.
