Was the previous post the right information and can I post anything else to help? I dont beleive that Malwarebytes generated a report.

Much appreciated!

if you open malwarebytes then click the logs tab....you should find it

you also have to attach (not copy and paste) OTL log

Pondus-
Thanks for the response-

I must sound like an idiot, but I dont see a way to attach with this interface- There are insert options on the second row, but where is the attach button?

Much appreciated-

What browsers are being redirected and where to ?

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

Run OTL
  • Under the Custom Scans/Fixes box at the bottom, paste in the following

Code: [Select]
:OTL
[2012/09/14 13:40:34 | 000,000,000 | ---D | M] (No name found) -- C:\Users\MXS Asus\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Extensions\{ea278cf8-93cd-484f-b951-57360482d33a}

:Commands
[resethosts]
[emptytemp]
[CREATERESTOREPOINT]
[Reboot]
  • Then click the Run Fix button at the top
  • Let the program run unhindered, reboot the PC when it is done
  • Open OTL again and click the Quick Scan button. Post the log it produces in your next reply.
