which exe to use for virus check

Hi
New guy here from Perth Australia.
Im using the free version - 7.0.1483 on win7

I am also using Free Download Manager and in the virus check section of setup there, it asks which program to use to virus check.

When I go into Avast there are a bunch of _exe files to select...which one does the virus check?
