Empty mail messages

Hello,

I just upgraded my Avast Professional to version 4.1.260.
I'm running win2k professional with outlook 2k. In my company, we make use of an exchange server(2k). Now, when I send a mail with outlook, the receiver receives an empty mail message. All text is gone. In my sent items folder, the message is also empty.
I've found that when I turn on 'Insert notes to clean (uninfected) messages', the mails are sent correct (with all the text), but an extra - unwanted ! - signature is added to every mail that is sent.

Some help or support would be much appreciated.

We have an update available (not official but working). You can download it from

http://cat.asw.cz/~vlk/ashOutXt.dll

just replace the file with that name in your avast directory with this new one, and you should be all set (first shut Outlook as otherwise the files will be locked).

I've installed the new DLL and after that the problem was solved   Thank you for your fast reply !!!
