WTH? testing Locate, Says my phone is in Greece and I am in Florida, USA

I am testing the anti-theft features of this app. With my 4G off, it gives me "command timed out" so it does not auto turn on my 4g and it should since I have that set to yes.

Now I turned on 4G to test it and it shows my phone in Greece? Are you serious? How is this supposed to be useful at all?

My phone is rooted LG Esteem.

I don't get it. I turned on GPS doesn't find it "command timed out" and wifi on "command timed out" and 4G + GPS on "command timed out"


This program seems really bad, anyone have any idea why this fails so much?
