if you have problems running any of the tools, try run it from safe mode

when done the removal experts will be notified and will help you when they arrive

Yes it pops up even when i am not surfing- infection: URL:Mal  Object http://jsh37.net/a/ is showing on avast

Did you try run it from safe mode?
Still problems...skip and go to next...
