Pop up warnings
« on: March 31, 2013, 01:20:27 PM »
I have just started to use Avast and every minute or so I get a warning saying that a Tojan Horse  has been blocked.
I don't believe that this could be possible. What is going on ?

I am afraid it is very possible, as Avast monitors web traffic via web shield.  And any unknown/undetected malware that tries to connect to a bad site is immediately blocked and a warning issued .   The instances of false positives from this are exceedingly low
