About 50% of the time when I click on something to load in a new tab it loads about halfway then stalls so that I then must hit reload to get the page.
This was happening while I had Avast. I uninstalled Avast (for other reasons) and put in the Kaspersky free trial during which it did not happen. I have now reinstalled Avast and it is now happening again.
I associate this behaviour with Avast.
What can I do to stop it?
