Connection Problem

So i do not understand what went wrong but i used to have avast anti theft running fine a long time ago, i factory reset my phone because it was starting to get messed up now everything is working again, i re installed avast and all that but when i try to install the anti theft, it will connect from the site, it will act like it did but i do not understand why none of the commands i try will work. Last time i had it set up it was working, i think it has to do with the phone number i put in. I live in the untied states so at first i put a + and that did not work. So i tried putting a +1 then my number and still not working. I do not understand why this is not working for me anymore.. if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated! :D

please try "connection check" in avast account settings (on device).

solved. please try to pair again, it should work now.
