Do you use legal (bought) avast! key or pirated? Just a simple question to exclude the most obvious things ;)

Check Your system date (especially the year) if it is wrong that would invalidate the registration key.

If you have ever had occasion to change the system date (to run a test say), that may possibly have caused it to show up as invalid as a part of any anti-hacking check by avast.

Have you ever uninstalled avast pro and then re-installed it?
Have you tried re-nputting the registration key you were sent?

 :D I uninstall and re-install the AVAST now it is working well.Thanks for the AVAST TEAM
for giving HOME EDITION for free.

The following suggestions to AVAST
==========================
1) It is better to include antispyware in future releases.
2) Please give us more skins.

My question
========= :-\
If i am surfing in internet which part of the avast works and help me scanning for viruses?

Web Shield and Standard Shield (first one is direct web scanner and second is a local disk scanner). They both check files transmitted over net.

Simple really, Time spent in reconnaissance is seldom wasted, get to know your software. e.g. take some time to check out the full functions of avast.

Maybe the default skin page could help (http://www.avast.com/i_kat_71.html)
Also, IM to Sasha and Martin will either  ;)

Just a suggestion: If you are not upset that much any more you might perhaps change the subject of your original topic that the issue is solved. Eg. The update upsets me [solved]. What do you think?

I would really like this to be the standard practice her.  :'(
