Lost Phone

I am New Here..

I lost my phone 2 days ago, and i had Avast anti theft enabled..

Avast sent me massages to my email that my sim card changed..
bad news is avast sent me a new number of the thief, but thats not a new number, thats my Old number, so i cant contact or control my phone..

I got information about the New IMSI, Cell ID, and carrier from my avst account .., but thats useless, i dont know to use this information..

is it passible to find out the new phone number??
What should i do?

within the mail you received there is a link "Show device in avast! Account portal" , so you can at least locate where your phone was when sim card changed, no ?

Did you set the option "Force Data Connection ON: Yes" ?

Yes, i can locate where my phone was when sim card changed, but it's to late, when i arrived in that location, i didn't hear my phone siren, and i didn't know the thief's Face, so i Cant accuse the person around there..

As Siren was active I guess the phone is now power off ! I hope for you a new ROM has not been flashed ...

Did you go to the police ? the IMSI should permit to identify the owner ...
