Reverted to pro

Again! I caught it last time before it expired, clean uninstalled, placed the free version on my computer and reregisterd it for 1 year. Now I'm back to Pro and at the trial perdiod expired message. I did NOT download pro, it has to be downloading itself, maybe when the notifications for program updates are coming. I'm not happy, I'm thinking I need to move to a different platform

1. Download avast! Free Antivirus: http://files.avast.com/iavs5x/avast_free_antivirus_setup.exe
2. Follow instructions: http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed avast! versions..!!)
3. Reinstall avast! with the downloaded installer from point 1.
4. Reboot.

I just did this around a month ago, why did it come back and update to pro? In fact, I am positive I got the same instructions here, from this forum by reading other users with the same problem. Is there something I should be watching for in the updater? How can I keep this from happening again? I guess I will do this again, but if I run into this again, sadly I will say goodbye to Avast! if I have to delete and reinstall the program every month...

That was a bug in an earlier version, shouldn't happen again.
