HOW TO DELETE OLD LICENCE

Helo,
we have renewed our licences for endpoint protection suite.
Now we have 2 licences; the older which is expired, and the new one valide for 3 years.
How can we delete the old one from the console?

You will need to request a license conversion for management console.  Do this at: https://support.avast.com/Tickets/Submit and make sure to register and login 1st!

Or just ask your avast reseller to resend you the last license file.

That won't fix the problem, Claudiuc, when there are 2 line items in the license file, the console will intermittently choose the other license, and screw with you. Hey, Happy Birthday, dude!  How old are you now, 39?

It will fix if you download the new license from avast after expiration date of old one. Had this complain several times from my customers and solved by resending the license file from b2b.
