bypassing Virus warning dialog

I was wondering, especially inlight of the current virus being emailed as a Microsoft patch, if there is a way to automate the attachment deleteing or placing in the virus vault process. With the virus showing up five times an hour it is getting annoying having to manually select the delete option over and over and I am missing the option on the menus if it is available.
