Hi,

Yes Avast is one of the lightest security products. I also used CIS which is also very light considering that it is a full suite.

No need to mention CIS. Comodo will never be tested by AVC. Comodo has had serious problems lately. Espeically releasing a version with over 200 bug fixes. You are obviously a Comodo fanboy. No need for that around here. Thanks.

Is this a way to speak? How many bugs were they exactly?
Aren't Microsoft or any other company with a list bigger than that?
There is no software development without bug hunting...

I think you can't speak this about the quote you've done.
Neither speak in the name of avast! or in the name of forum users.

And exactly how many different computer configurations are there in the  world exactly....?
Its quite a bold statement for this "testing" organisation to make.
Did they come to this startling conclusion by testing ALL configurations...?

Of course not....!

It may interest some people to know that avast IS slowing down some computers and causing issues but of course these testing organisations do not mention this.

Anyway my point is this....
These tests are meaningless to the average home user and im sure a large majority could not care less about charts and percentages and projected forecasts on av detection but would rather have a security product that just works in harmony with their computer.

Thanks.

YouTube videos made by young teens are meaningless. AV Comparatives, VB 100 and AV Test.org are all legit web sites. Real testing done by real knowledgeable people.
