Steam problems

Valve's Steam is having problems with avast when it is first started. Is anyone having problems with steam?

No problems here. I just started Steam (something about a survey - Hmmm. I'll have to look into that.) and it loaded up just like normal.

WinMe, Avast v4.6.639 (worked with all previous versions, too), OutPost Pro v2.5

Post back with some details and somebody here will help you out.
