No one can say as there isn't sufficient information, no full path to the file.

Have you googled the file name to see if it has any history, e.g. what program it is associated with and if it has any related malware hits on google, these are the things that you should be doing to investigate.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.4.6112 (build 24.4.9067.762) UI 1.0.803/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

No, DavidR is talking about the location ( Path ) of DLEAcui.dll. Do you see all those dots after C:\.... well you have to extend the bar so that the whole path to the file shows up. It is important to know to which program belongs DLEAcui.dll. Since it appears you sent it to the virus chest, you can give us an image from there or go to scan logs and find the scan that detected it and view the results. See image.

You can also send the file to Virus Total to be scanned by 40+ antimalware scanners.

I can't find any scan logs.

I ran another scan last evening and it didn't show any threats.  Image attached.

Hi -midnight,

Would be nice when we knew where the alert came from, were you alerted while using a browser or under what circumstances?
See here to check on the MD5 hash: http://www.backgroundtask.eu/Systeemtaken/taakinfo/104039/dleacui.dll/
This file is probably safe, but we recommend it for the security scan with a virus scan or the Agics Hash -> http://www.backgroundtask.eu/Applications/FTR1_Index.php -> download http://www.backgroundtask.eu/Applications/Image/Download.png
Also see: http://systemexplorer.net/file-database/file/dleacui-dll/10497643
and http://www.prevx.com/filenames/X2569521223721284814-X1/LXEECUI.DLL.html  or http://www.isthisfilesafe.com/sha1/1520A478DD6B77EE27CFE0996E1A46D0489C24CD_details.aspx
What you could do is to scan the dll at VT and give the results: https://www.virustotal.com/nl/#search

You can analize as many time you want and you are not going to find DLEAcui.dll again. Do you know why ?... See your OT screenshot.... You sent it to Avast! Virus Chest and that is why.

In your OT your image is from a scan result so the file was detected doing a scan. I told you to look for the scan result that detected it so it should be there unless you erased the result. Also to look for it in the Virus Chest and expand or extend the name of the file. Pondus also gave you directions on how to do so. We also asked you to send the file to VT, and you have not done it either. Polonus is giving you several links where most surely indicates the file is harmless; However, we want to make sure. Also we want to know where the file came from because if it is from a main program, it might not work properly without it and you woul have to restore it.

You have to follow directions in order to get help.

I thought it was supposed to send it to the virus chest.  I can't find anything in the Virus Chest.  All of my programs are working fine.
