Hi there I would like to get some help from you. I think I have a worm in my PC , you already helped me once. Can you instruct me to fix it?

Hi... I've been away for almost 1 day could you please check if I can fix my PC ... I had to run the AdwCleaner twice and the file became*("3)*

No, thats the file that I got from using the AdwCleaner. First step of the section: clean malware...
What do I have to do next?

Which update is it that you are having problems with ? Could you copy the KB number associated with it

Yes, all the updates belong to Microsoft Office and Outlook. There are also 5 optional updates (3 for windows 7 + HP printer + USB Logitech input device).
