little frenchie need advices

since I've downloaded the latest version of avast a message appears when I turn on my computer:
it is: p2esocks_1032.dll can't be find.

Does someone have the same problem???
Or is it only on damn french computers!

If you search the web to p2esocks you'll find this is a french computer issue indeed...
