Have installed avant after receiving the Microsoft e mail that is going around. However after using the avast virus cleaner is says that some files(mainly Recycler files, Installshield, Delfin, Windows/memory.dmp and system 32/Shockwave) will not scan. It does not say why and I am worried that win32:Swen may be on these files. Also waht virus is win32:hantaner? New to this so grateful for any help!
