Locate command keeps timing out

Hello.
Im using "avast! Free Mobile Security" and "avast! Anti-Theft" on my rooted Motorola XT626 "IronRock".
Im trying to use the commands from the online panel, like locate, but all of them keeps timing out.

What should I do?

this can have tons of reasons which are out of our control. you can try to do connection check from Anti-Theft (account settings).
