Avast tells me I have 31 days remaining to re-register. I eventually found an old reply saying the link appears when there are 28 days left. Avast should say "31 days remaining, a link for registering will appear when there are 28 days remaining" so persistent non-geniuses such as myself won't waste time. Apart from that, I'm happy with Avast.
