Browser Cleanup

Hi, I hope I'm doing this right, Iam new to  forums.
I am having trouble with the browser cleanup.  It keeps telling me
to close my browsers and start again, but as far as I know all browsers ARE closed.

I tried changing from Google Chrome to Internet Explorer and then using the avast browser
cleanup, but I had the same problem.


I would greatly appreciate  it if someone could help challenged me.
