Have seen some threads but not sure specific to my ISP (Cablevision).  Can receive fine but cannot send.  Can someone please assist?  Error message is below.  Thanks!

Thank you.  Will look these over later but should have clarified that I've I'm running Windows 7 and have confirmed with my ISP that the settings are correct.  Thanks again.
