avast!: connection timeout ?????

hey guys when i go on the internet this pop up shows and says :

                     avast connection timeout
internet connection timeout elapsed. continue waiting?
(svchost.exe -> tss6.serverconfig.com:25)
                                 YES    NO

what is this? ive responded to both yes and no but it still pops up! how can i solve this so i wont have to see it anymore! lol thanks

You can increase both:
1) avast! Internet Mail provider timeout (and/or Outlook plugin if you use full MS Outlook)
2) your email client accounts settings (generally in the advanced tab).

But, just for troubleshooting, do you use any spam killer application?

nope dont have any of that spam killer stuff, so its a email related thing?
