I´ve received the same message today and I can´t record audio or retrieve call history anymore.

I sent a ticked to support but I haven´t receive any response until now.

That should not be a solution but ... You can try it and see if it works for you too.

Hello people.

I did two thinks:
1 - Clean the cache files;
2 - Made a backup using Avast backup.
I after that, I made a test and it works again.

BUT I´m angry with Avast support because they didn´t answer my question.

avast! Mobile Backup is using Google Driver service to backup your data. It seems that you have used all data storage provided by Google Drive.

Thank you maschmitz for reporting your findings and what Avast! has replied.

So Memo6404 in the Spanish forum was right. After all storage is used, Avast! Backup must be run to manage the rest of your files. So how big is the data storage provided by Google Drive ?

I posted same problem and never got any feedback ( http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=134409.0 ) . This message is NOT REGARDING Google drive. It's for using Avast Online storage. Because of that I started using Drive but I would like to know how to clear Online storage provided by Avast.
