virus win32.kuang
« on: October 01, 2003, 10:30:01 AM »
I made a partial scan of my harddrive and avast4 home edition (last update before the scan, today the 1st of october 2003) found a virus called win32.kuang.

Is it really a virus? I didn't find it in virus encyclopedia, for example in "www.trendmicro.com" encyclopedia.

Is it dangerous?

What to do?

thanks for help.

Make a boardsearch for "kuang" or "panda". I think it is on part of Pandaantivirus, Avast reports a false alarm.

Also, if it's not a false alarm, you cand find something at Yahoo! search: http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=virus+kuang&sub=Search&fr=fp-top

Cheers, Lito.
