Help: I renewed ahead of my expiration date.

Stupidly, I renewed ahead of schedule. My expiration date was 9/21/2013 and I renewed for one year on 9/7/2013. My new expiration date says 9/7/2014. How do I get credit for the 14 days I'm entitled too?

Maybe you should ask https://support.avast.com/
The license period starts when the license is issued.
