The avast alerts me about a malicious url frequently

the message contains this url http://bog5151.zapto.org:991/is-ready and says that the process is wscript.exe .. what to do? thanks in advance

Since you gone offline in meanwhile, when you come back and see this follow guide and attach now all logs ( adwcleaner + malwarebytes + otl + aswmbr ) and post them here.
I thought you were here and I wanna to speed things up while I'm online and that is why I told you to just run an OTL.
