I can send and receive emails without attachments.. no problem...

it also does not matter what file types I try to send.. Exe, jpg etc.etc.etc. No attachments are sent...

I have tried manually and I have used the mail protection wizard..  Nothing helps..
I can send and receive all emails but when I attach a file...it's all over

I, too, am having trouble using Eudora to send e-mail with any size of attachments. I'm running windows xp, Eudora 5.0 light mode. I'd love to use the avast setup wizard to adjust the settings to work better with Eudora, but I don't have the setup wizard as an option when I enter the avast! folder from the start menu.  Any advice will be welcomed.

The wizard is not needed if you are running Windows XP.

Are you able to send the attachments without problem if you terminate the avast! Internet Mail scanner?

What kind of network connection do you have, dial up or a high speed connection?
