Mobile Protection
« on: October 15, 2013, 06:57:30 PM »
I just updated from within the UI to the 2014 version.  All looks fine, will take some time to get used to the different outlay and glowing tray icon.  Good work!

When updating I didn't see a box to untick Mobile Protection and after the install I see it highlighted in white in the *everything is good* section.   Went to Programs & Features and checked it out under *change*  I don't see anything there to remove Mobile Protection.  Is that the way it supposed to be?  Thanks.

That's it essexboy.  Thanks.   Have to look again into the Programs and Features under Changes whether it's named something else.

Avast! Free, Version 2014.9.0.2006

I noticed also that there are some shields missing.  I used to have 5 now I have only 2:  File Shield & Web Shield.  Missing are Network Shield, Script Shield and Behavior Shield.  Are those redundant now?  Thanks.

Thanks essexboy.

I just did a quick virus scan to verify if all is working okay and noticed that I cannot delete the completed scan's history.  How and where can I find it?  Thanks again.

Under settings, just scroll down, there is a button to clean the scan history.
