Error messages

Can't figure out where the attachment disappeared to as it was apparent in the preview which I had a look at prior to sending.

Here is all the information requested:
Operating system: MS Windows 7 professional 64bit. SP1.
Current version of Avast is 8.0.1497

the following is a list of additional security software I have.
Windows Firewall and Defender are the only programs other than Avast that operates at start-up ("when the notification occurs")
The following software is not included in start-up but actuated manully when required:
Spybot S&D
SuperAntiSpyware
AdwCleaner
Junkware removal tool.

The following is the content of the message received.
"The instruction at 0x77118e reference memory at 0x00000014. The memory could not be written.
Click on OK to terminate the program."

Now to me this message clearly indicates that it originates from Microsoft but I am unable to find such error codes.

I am currently using the free version of Avast.
On recent startups I have been receiving the following message which I have ignored in order to gain access to my PC.
This is however disturbing me so I have decided to seek some advice.
I have attempted to find the error numbers displayed at Microsoft.com but they apparently do not exist so have decided that they are part of the avast package.
I am attaching a screen copy of the message in order to clearly identify the content.

Would be grateful to receive an explanation or some guidance as to where I would be able to locate the information necessary to resolve this issue.

What EXACT version are you using?

If the error is on a bsod, MS certainly have one or more kb articles about it. If you can't find them it doesn't mean they do not exist.

I don't see a attachment :-(

What is the os version and sp version you are using?
Any other security software installed? If so which one(s)?
If you had, which one(s)?

There is still no attachment.

Go to start menu>all programs>Accessories>Snipping tool
Click on new at the top left and draw a square on the error message.

Under the answer box is a option attachments and other options, click on that and you can choose files to attach.

That is not the avast version but the vps version.
And you have not answered my questions about os, sp, other security software.
