Happy to report back after over a month of using the product, so far a generally positive experience. No strange behavior from the program, appears to be very stable program(even on Win 8.1). Their support is also good, my service requests and inquiries handled swiftly and in a very professional manner. For me this one is a keeper for sure.

I've also used this for many years without problems and have been using the paid version thanks to
"get it free while you can" offers.
