phone stolen when ati theft was off have an acccount though.

Hello Guys
 i write to you seeking a  solution to my  predicament i had in stalled avast anti theft but the irony is that it was off at the time i was being robed is it to late ? i have already communicated with the police and my service provider and i was assured that the phone is blocked, I am told that thieves  can   unblock the  phone i relay hope the avast android protector  is different .
I have an avast account ... and IME number

please advice....

If you had it off then I doubt there is anything that can be done as there is no way to turn it on remotely.

Footnote I thought there was nothing that could be done but Filip has said otherwise. That's excellent.

Hi,

actually, you can enable Anti-Theft. From avast! Account, browse to your device and then choose "Enable Anti-Theft" as a command.

hello
 nice  pple  like the feedback but how can i activate the anti theft from my account when the stolen device isn't connected to the internet?
When i send a command it writes not revived and time out?

Anyway at list i have blocked it with my service provider  what about the sms option?
